AN EVALUATION OF LEADERSHIP IN THE PERFORMANCE OF GOVERNMENT OWNED HOSPITALS IN SIERRA LEONE-A CASE STUDY OF MAKENI GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL

Leadership plays a crucial role in healthcare facilities to ensure proper health service delivery. This research was undertaken assess leadership the performance of government-owned hospitals Sierra Leone, with focus on Makeni Government Hospital. A stratified and purposeful sampling strategy employed investigation. For this study, we selected employees from Hospital participate as respondents. sample 100 respondents were carefully chosen hospital. The study collected data both primary secondary sources. Interviews structured questionnaire used gather data.
